Man! That was a total eye-opener!

I just came from the cinema today. I watched a documentary movie about Filipino Martial Arts. And, DAMN it was GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!! And I learned a lot from it. Not to mention the live demonstrations from the different Eskrima-Arnis clubs here in the province. But the best demonstration came from the first ever World Champion of this sport, "Cacoy" Caņete. He performed really well for a 90 year old man.

Overall, the show was AWESOME!!!
